Artificial graphite anode materials are essential materials for 3C, power and energy storage lithium-ion batteries at present. With the steady advancement of the country's "dual carbon" strategy, new energy batteries have been widely used in power, energy storage and other industries, driving a sharp increase in the demand for artificial graphite anode materials. The demand for high-temperature resistant (3000℃) graphite crucibles and box plates required for the graphitization purification of anode materials in new energy batteries has increased sharply, and the supply cannot meet the demand. Crucible and box plate products for new energy anode materials mainly use graphitized petroleum coke as aggregate. After crushing - screening - batching, pitch is added as a binder for kneading, and then injected into the molding equipment for vacuum pre-pressing and vibration molding. The formed products are then placed in a natural gas baking furnace. After completion, they enter the mechanical fine processing stage for shape trimming and packaging. It has the advantages of excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and thermal stability, good thermal shock resistance, low resistivity that can effectively save power consumption, strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and easy cutting processing, making it an ideal material for high-temperature graphitization purification of anode materials in new energy batteries. The raw materials, production processes and process control of this series of products comply with the national "dual carbon" strategy and the requirements of the new energy industry chain. They belong to the green circular economy and have outstanding social and economic benefits. The annual production capacity of graphite crucibles and box plates (for purifying anode materials of new energy batteries) is 20,000 tons.
