Minhe Guangda Carbon Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985. In 2009, it was relocated, expanded and upgraded from the former Lanzhou Guangming Carbon Co., Ltd. and was put into operation on July 1, 2012. The company has a total investment of 100 million RMB, covers an area of 40,000 square meters, and is located in Xiachuankou Industrial Park, Minhe County, Haidong, Qinghai Province (a node area of the Lanzhou-Xi 'ning urban agglomeration). It enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The company is adjacent to the G6 Beijing-Tibet Expressway and the G109 National Road. The Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-Speed Railway pass through the area. Within a 15-kilometer radius, there are 2 railway stations,--Minhe and Haishiwan, whichi is convenient for transportation of raw materials and goods as well as the exchange of personnel.

The company is a specialized carbon enterprise mainly engaged in the production, research, development, and sales of electrode paste (with an annual production capacity of 110,000 tons), large-sized carbon/graphite electrodes for submerged arc furnaces (with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons), and graphite crucibles and box plates for purifying anode materials of new energy batteries (with an annual production capacity of 50,000 sets), supplemented by the manufacturing and processing of other products (such as carbon blocks, carbon rods, and small graphite components, etc.). The products are widely used in electric furnace smelting in industries such as metallurgy, calcium carbide, industrial silicon, and steel. The company's production control system has a high degree of automation, a mature and stable process flow, and complete inspection and testing equipment, providing a strong guarantee for the process and quality control. The physical and chemical indicators are all superior to the national standards, and the safety and environmental protection level is at the leading position in industry. It has a long history and a good market reputation. The holding parent company, Lanzhou Jinkaize Industry & Trade Co., LTD.., as an authorized sales agent of Shanxi Sinsage Carbon Materials Technology Co., LTD.. (formerly Shanxi Ximu Donghai Carbon Co., LTD..), a domestic high-quality graphite electrode manufacturer, is responsible for the sales business of graphite electrodes.
